UGO, mobility service concept and system has a specific mission to improve services in new markets and introduce a recent quality and global transport solution for the traveler. In 2022, UGO started its operations in Angola, Luanda with a fleet of around 1,000 brand new cars with professional drivers and a multilingual Call Center team available 24/7 with the aim of providing the best customer service.

Meet and assist service (BEM-VINDO)
Benefit from our new Meet & Assist service or Meet & Great VIP services whenever you arrive at Luanda's 4 de Fevereiro Airport.
Meet & Assist Service.
You simply add 1,500 KZ to the standard fixed price for airport travel. Your designated UGO driver will be present in the waiting (arrivals) area at the airport holding a sign with your name printed on it, making it easier and faster to locate you. The driver will also help you with your luggage for your tour.
Meet & Great VIP service.
With this service we have an assistant who will assist you from the bureaucratic processes (PCR, customs and luggage/vehicle.) until your arrival to your destination.
Your booking time will automatically update according to your flight arrival time, whether you are late or arriving early, so sit back and relax. (Adjustments are as per the BAA Flight Arrivals website).
